In 1900 heart disease was virtually unknown. In the 1950s cancer was not even in the top 10 causes of death. Now both heart disease and cancer are the number one and number two causes of death. Obesity has been rising steadily for the last 25 years and it has been projected that diabetes will soon affect 42% of the population. Our current approach to healthcare is obviously not working.
By employing and integrating four major concepts it is possible not only to reverse this disease trend in the population but to reverse and largely eliminate disease in the individual. These are

  • Evolutionary medicine
  • Organ reserve
  • Anti-aging medicine
  • Orthomolecular medicine.

Each will be talked about in this presentation on the future of medicine: not medicine as most of us know it.
